Shipping Information

Shipments within the United States

Orders may be phoned in at 607-363-7792, faxed in at 607-363-2071, E-mailed to order@zeller-int.com or you may use our on-line order form. All products are shipped via UPS F.O.B. Downsville, NY. There is an additional handling charge on all rush orders. That charge is dependent upon the size of the order. Payment is to be made in advance of shipment, C.O.D. or by Master Card or Visa. we suggest using your Master Card or Visa so we may expedite your order immediately. Minimum order is $100.00. Orders can also be shipped via Federal Express provided you have a Federal Express account number and pay in advance or via credit card.

Shipping Liability

We are not responsible for lost, late or damaged shipments. Our sole obligation is to provide goods as per the customer's request. We are not the carrier and bear no responsibility for goods that fail to arrive within your schedule. We advise you to always leave enough time to cover yourself. Don't wait until the last minute to place your order. In case there is a need to trace a package we will provide you with the air bill or shipping order number; so you may trace your order. Late orders that didn't arrive according to your schedule are not our responsibility. We will not accept returns due to carrier foul ups.

Return Policy

All orders are final, non-cancelable and non-returnable except for damaged materials or special circumstances. In the event an order needs to be returned you must contact us within 5 days and obtain from us a return authorization number. NO PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED IF ALREADY OPENED. There will be a 25% restocking fee on returned items and all shipping charges are to be paid by you (except in the case of damage due to shipping). If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately so we may call the shipping company, arrange for pick up of the damaged merchandise and re-ship your order promptly.

International Shipments

All products are shipped from the factory directly to you, through your specified freight forwarder. Freight collect. Payment for products is to be made in full in advance of shipment. Payment may be made in the form of a bank draft payable on a UNITED STATES BANK, or via Visa or Master Card. If you would like to wire funds into our bank that can be arranged. Please contact the office for details.
