| Zoy Rez™ is a fast setting, non toxic, liquid resin compound which hardens rapidly, similar to Zeller International's EZ Plastic™, Opti Kleer™, Proto Plastic™ and other thermosetting polymers. |
| Zoy Rez™ is a non volatile, easy to use, room temperature curing plural component fluid formulation which cures to a hard, chip resistant odorless, non off-gassing plastic. |
| Zoy Rez™ accepts numerous power fillers. For example, sand, fine aggregates, turnings, chips, ground glass, sea shells, and recycled minerals. |
| Zoy Rez™ consists of two primary components: |
| Part "A" |
| A liquid reactant polymer referenced as the curative-hardener component. Part "A" is an aqueous polyurethane containing a citrus-oil by product. |
| Part "B" |
| A reactive amber translucent soy bean polymer fluid which contains a defoaming agent and a unique cross linking catalyst. |
| Ratio |
| Both components are mixed together on a volumetric 1 to 1 ratio.* |
| *Ratios can be varied for softer- harder properties. |
