A crystal clear extremely soft, optical quality suspension gel curing rapidly at room temperature to a tacky surface for cast shapes with a mechanical bond to membrane surfaces.
Cured castings retain a resilient shape with tactile sensitivity for orthotic-prosthetic appliances. Diverse industrial-medical and special effects applications enable rapid production of high elongation, flexible-rebondable components with exceptional clarity.
Poured objects and devices are easily encapsulated with a micro-thin elastic membrane for enveloped-skinned/gel filled appliances such as animatronic-robotic figures and gel filled appliances.

Physical Properties
  • Form as supplied-very mobile, low viscosity, clear fluids. Supplied as a two component Part A and Part B system.
  • Mix ratio 1 by 1 volume ratio. Viscosity when combined 1000 cps.
  • Specific gravity 0.98 per each component.
  • Mix time-pot life @75 degrees F-30 minutes.
