| A Natural Soap |
| An amber liquid additive derived from vegetable oils and pure fatty coconut oil. Zud's™ is a natural, pure, soap base. As an economically friendly complex, this compound is for use by people who are allergic to commercial detergents based on phosphates ad petroleum byproducts. Those products which are synthetically based are not fully biodegradable and are harmful to the environment. Zud's™ breaks down readily without associative aquatic toxicity, slimming/plugging of plumbing, or damage to the septic/sewage stream. As a soft soap, this formulation is not harsh or harmful to sensitive skin and will not contribute to allergic reactions if left on clothing. Zud's™ fully breaks down and fragments, thus meeting EUTROPHICATION standards by simulating the growth of oxygen consuming algae in lakes and rivers. |

| Zud's™ cuts easily with water for a variety of end uses ranging from personal care applications to industrial cleaning and lubrication. As a flash foamer with high solubility an coupling power, Zud's™ is a natural moisturizer working well for hand soaps, shampoos, steam cleaning, car washing, and whitewall tire cleaning. Zud's™ contains glycerin, a natural moisturizer, used as is or readily modified with lanolin's, scents, and colorants. Zud's™ is repacked for consumer and industrial products. |
| Zud's™ produces instantaneous high flash, copious bubbles which are non-injurious/non-irritating to the skin. Lacy, rich, dense suds are generated by frothing with mechanical mixing devices. Whenever a quick, sudsy foam is required, this concentrate is added to agitated water. Foaming action with a good long-lasting cell structure is easily accomplished in a matter of minutes. |
| For efficient mixing, high agitation is accomplished by using a propeller mixing blade attached to an electric drill. Hand mixing with a paddle or whisk is possible for small batches although much slower and laborious. Several mixing variants that we have utilized are a JACUZZI/whirlpool tub, a portable over-the-side bathtub mixer such as produced by pollenex and others. Trolling motors used for freshwater fishing, a complete swimming pool was covered with vast quantities of foam by mixing rapidly in 55 gallon drums using a standard outboard motor. The faster you mix and whip, the higher the foam. |
| Mixing is best achieved by pre-mixing in 5 gallon pails or plastic garbage cans. |
