Zelon |
Zelon (112)
A single component melt and pour pigmentable hot melt resin.
Zelon is melted at low temperature approximately 200 degrees F on a conventional stove or hot plate.
Zelon can be pigmented with crayons, or other pigments to obtain in situ color. Alternatively cast Zelon figures-parts can be post painted with numerous aerosol spray paints, or Zelthane stretch lacquer manufactured by Zeller International.
Zelon cools and cures rapidly to sharply defined cast or dipped--also dripped parts such as icicles, built up ice, or built up areas.
Zelon melts and cools to a frozen firm shape and is an impact-resistant non breakable rubber like elastoplastic.
Zelon can be remelted and re used indefinitely..
