| Fluorotex™ dries to an even seamless barrier functioning as a sealant to prevent leaks or to repair old-new gas tanks, pressure vessels pipes and plumbing. |
| Fluorotex™ is a solvent based fluorinated latex polymer which bridges, seals porous surfaces from wicking-sweating of solvent based petroleum distillates. |
| Fluorotex™ will not dissolve or lose binding adhesion to metal, concrete or plastic surfaces. |
| Fluorotex™ is a constant fuel-solvent barrier resistive to penetration of automotive gas. Gas-alcohol blends, diesel fuel, kerosene, aviation gas, JP-4, methanol, ethanol, oxygenated fuel blends, aromatic and aliphatic solvents, oils, polymers and resins. |
| Fluorotex™ dries to a stretchy white membrane in approximately one hour. |
| Fluorotex™ can be re-coated for thick-thin skinning. |
| Solvent soluble pigments and dyes can be added for color indicating coding and visibility. |
| Clean up and thinning requires methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) solvent. |
| Fluorotex™ coatings seal pinhole leaks in fittings and seals, additional applications include gaskets, security seals, thread sealents, diaphragms, inspection coding. |
| Additional companion products from Zeller International include: Proto Plastic™ and E.Z. Plastic™ Casting, Coating Polymers. Both are two component reactive fast setting resins that cure at room temperature. |
| These liquid plastic resin systems restore-replace rusted out, lost or weak areas in tanks. |
| Reinforcement fibers can be embedded-laminated into the surface of these resins to build up-reinforce weak zones add ribs, hardware, fittings or to strengthen areas. |
| Both polymer systems are odorless, 1 to 1 polyurethane based, aggressive adhesion materials. Both can cure to a firm, hardened state inside tanks or hard to reach areas. |
| Blow out-missing areas are completely re-surfaced by simply taping over the bad area with duct or aluminum foil tape or by using oil or water based modeling clay, wax, gum tapes, rope caulks, stick on roofing patch membranes, contact-pressure sensitive films. |
| Both E.Z. Plastic™ and Proto Plastic™ systems set up in approximately 5 minutes forming an impact resistant surface to which Fluorotex™ will adhere. |
| Antique car, boat gas tanks have been fully rebuilt like new using the above materials. |
